Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups paneer


  • 2 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1 tbsp curry powder


  • 1 tbsp kasori methi


  • 1 tsp paprika powder


  • 1/4 cups corn flour


  • 1/2 cups rice powder


  • 1/2 cups gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies

Directions

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients one by one then grind it well make smooth paste.Then pour the batter into a muduku maker or in a star nozzle piping bag and squeeze the batter out and deep fry the same till golden brown in color,your paneer kathi is ready to serve.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese.
